No need to mix, our doughs come frozen and pre-portioned:

  • Bravadough! GF Traditional is ideal for those high heat ovens (wood, coal, infrared) and has that traditional chew.

    • Pack Size: Case of 20 (10oz dough balls) with 1 lb GF bench flour.

  • Pan Style offers more bread-like texture for lighter applications. 

    • Pack Size: Case of 20 (10oz dough balls) with 1 lb GF bench flour.

  • Custom dough ball sizes available. call us for MOQ.

Cases include GF dusting flour, just defrost and age to desired fermentation profile (up to 10 days). Create artisan pizzas in ANY oven.  Offers unlimited application flexibility beyond pizza – breads for dipping, sandwiches, sweet rolls, even fried dough…all gluten free.  No prebaking, just prep as you would your wheat dough and bake.
