Focaccia
Focaccia makes a great table bread as well as wonderful, artisan sandwich bread. Make sure you don’t make it too thin so you can slice it horizontally if using for sandwich bread.
What you’ll need:
Parchment paper sprayed with release or Bravapaper
Freshly chopped Rosemary, olive tapenade or herbs of your choice
Olive Oil
Flaked seasalt or shredded Parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Using the same process for pizza, press dough out into a rectangle or oval approx. ½-1/3 inch thick.
3. Dimple dough with your finger tip to create some pockets for the olive oil
4. Sprinkle top of dough lightly with herbs or olive tapenade.
5. Drizzle 1- 1/1/2 T olive oil over dough
6. Sprinkle with flaked salt or parmesan if using
7. Bake for approx. 15-18 min or until well browned
8. Cool on baking rack for 15-20 minutes before slicing
